Organisational Change: Three Knights

Here’s my theory to add to the many going around regarding organisational

Organisations are made of individuals who can be categorised as White Knights, Black Knights or Grey Knights. Here are some of their characteristics:

White Knight

Black Knight

Grey Knight

Successful organisational change requires building an army of White Knights who can lead and inspire the Black Knights and Grey Knights to shed their armour and be part of a truly transformational change effort.
