Here is a little more about our business, in addition to the information on the About Us page of our site.
After running our own individual businesses for several years we, Chris Bennett and Sue James, met one another at a local business network meeting.
We found so many similarities between our values and approaches, including Appreciative Inquiry and Tai Chi, that we decided to work together.
After doing so on several projects over 12 months, we formalised our partnership at the end of 2005 as BJ Seminars International.
Fundamental to our approach is AQ-KQ®. This focuses on Appreciative Intelligence® and kinaesthetic intelligence, drawing on the principles and practices of Appreciative Inquiry and Tai Chi.
Clients
We work with highly diverse clients, including schools (staff and students), community agencies and other community organisations, small businesses, local and state governments and corporations.
