Transformational Change Checklist

Whenever we work with clients who want a truly transformational change in their organisation we use a checklist based on our AQ-KQ framework.

We cover the 8 lenses listed below in our discussions with our clients and focus on the ones that are relevant to their needs. Then a facilititation and/or training program is constructed and delivered.

We’ve found this flexible approach has more chance of being successful than a ‘one size fits all’ change management process which can be counter productive to change.
