The wisdom of children can be amazing!
Here is a wonderful pep talk from a young lad called Robby Novak, aged 9. He calls himself Kid President, and has some profound advice to share.
Do you know the Robert Frost poem, The Road Not Taken ? It finishes:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I –
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
Kid President reminds us of this poem and says that when we have to choose one of the roads, we want to be “on the road that leads to awesome”!
He also says “we’re all on the same team, let’s start acting like it. We’ve got work to do. We could cry about it. Or we could dance about it”.
He adds “I don’t know everything – I’m just a kid. But I do know this. It’s everyone’s duty to give the world a reason to dance.”
So how about it? Will you accept the invitation to dance? :)
