We hope you had a wonderful Easter break!
Another mixed bag of items this month - you should find some useful resources and a few smiles among them.
We also hope some of our readers may be interested to attend our Essence of Appreciative Inquiry workshop in Melbourne on 2-3 June. You'll find more information and a link to the registration page below.
Cheers

BJ Seminars International
This highly practical, fun and interactive workshop will be facilitated by Sue James and Chris Bennett. It's very different from the standard approach, because it focuses on the 'essence' of Appreciative Inquiry so critical for success.
Capturing the spirit of Appreciative Inquiry makes the approach more powerful than simply applying it as a 'mechanical technique'.
Ideal for anyone wishing to create transformative, positive change in work or life.
When: 2 - 3 June, 2011, 9.00 am - 4.30 pm
Where: Abbotsford Convent, 1 St Heliers Street, Abbotsford, Victoria

This is the United Nations' International Year of Youth (IYY), which was launched in August 2010.
It is intended to generate much needed attention for youth participation and youth development at local, national and global levels.
It encourages young people to dedicate themselves to fostering progress, including the attainment of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which seek to slash a host of social ills, ranging from extreme poverty and hunger to maternal and infant mortality to lack of access to education and health care, all by 2015.
The UN International Year of Youth also has its own Facebook page and YouTube Channel.
And finally - a beautiful display of dexterity and grace. Japanese contact juggler Okotanpe performs at Yoyogi Park in Harajuku, Tokyo. He is a joy to watch, as he makes that heavy quartz/glass ball look as if it's as light as air!
If you'd like to see more, Okotanpe's official website has a series of other short movies of his performances.
