Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Orders are shipped as soon as payment has cleared, which is typically between 24-48 hours, depending on which payment option is selected.
All packages are sent through Australia Post and customers will receive an email from us as soon as a package is shipped.
Customers who purchase a downloadable product and choose to make payment through Paypal will receive a link to that product immediately after checkout.
Delivery times will vary, depending on where in the world a customer is located and which shipping option is selected.
Usually Australian customers can expect delivery within 2-3 business days. International customers can also view estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website.
The full cost of shipping is the sum of:
- Cost of packaging required to send the parcel securely and safely
- A small handling fee
Postage cost is calculated during checkout, based on the total weight of the items and the postage options selected (e.g. regular or express post, registered mail etc.).
Returns and Refunds
Physical (Shipped) Products
Please contact us before returning an item for any reason.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All our products are returnable for a full refund of the product price, minus the cost of return shipping, provided they are returned in their original packaging (as applicable) and in the same new condition in which they were shipped.
We make every effort to package our products securely and safely for shipping. However we can not guarantee they way in which various postal services may handle parcels. We will also refund the cost of any product if it is faulty or damaged on delivery, provided it is returned within 7 days (Australian customers) or 30 days (International customers)
If a product is returned for whatever reason, shipping costs will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Downloadable Products (E-Books)
Please ensure that you are happy to purchase an e-book before payment as we can not offer refunds for downloadable products.
To help you to make your decision, we offer samples of our downloadable products, along with detailed descriptions. Should you require further information, there are several ways in which you may contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Program or Workshop Registrations
If you have registered and paid for a program or workshop but you are unable to attend, the following refund policies apply:
Cancellations up to four weeks prior to the event: A full refund of the registration fee, minus 10% to cover the cost of administration and bank fees.
Cancellations four weeks or less prior to the event: No refund can be offered with four weeks or less notice prior to the event. However the fee paid can be applied to a future workshop, should you wish to attend at a later date.
Non-Attendance: No refund is offered for non-attendance. Under special circumstances, you may be able to request that your registration fee be applied to a later workshop. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
