Then this one-day innovative workshop may be just what you need!

It comprises four main segments:

  1. Introduction: including key concepts of Tai Chi and Chi Kung (Qi-Gong)
  2. Essential skills: the basics you need when tackling pain
  3. Direct skills for dealing with pain on the spot, whether moving, standing still, sitting or lying down
  4. Diversion skills that help you redirect attention away from the pain using a set of Chi Kung movements (both sitting and standing)

All movements can easily be adapted for disability and can be used by an individual or when conducting a group session.
