Inspired Performance
Traditional performance management often focuses on fixing problems in individual staff members or teams.
This can lead to employee resistance, blaming, pessimism, lack of total commitment – and eventually to poor performance, the opposite of what we are trying to achieve!
Our Inspired Performance seminars offer an exciting and effective alternative: a strength-based approach to performance management, combining words and action to produce significant improvement in productivity.
The introductory program focuses primarily on the Reputation, Life Path, Wisdom and Opportunity segments of our AQ-KQ® Framework. The Extended and Full programs provide additional content focusing on the remaining lenses.
Be informed and entertained, as you learn new and practical strategies that will help you and your staff perform at your very best and achieve the results you want.
Ideal for anyone who would like to energize and inspire others so they are open to learning, growth and positive change.

Additional Themes
Our Inspired Performance programs are flexible and fully customised to meet your needs. For example you may wish to incorporate a focus on a particular theme, such as either of the two below.
Leadership
The capacity to be inspired and to inspire others to great performance is a vital skill for an effective leader.
If desired, our Inspired Performance seminars are also able to incorporate further information and/or more specific content in relation to leadership.
We make clear links between theory and practice, words and action. We are able to draw on a number of key leadership models and concepts, tailoring our approach to suit your workplace. Examples: Collins; Sergiovanni; Kouzes & Posner; Covey; and Senge.
For schools, we can focus on instructional leadership and the impact on educational outcomes for both students and staff.
In Victoria, we also make clear connection between seminar content and the Professional Development policies and requirements of the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, including The Developmental Learning Framework for School Leaders.
Mentoring & Coaching
If desired, our Inspired Performance seminars are also able to focus more specifically on the theme of mentoring and coaching.
We would recommend both topics are included, because people often confuse the two.
Although they are similar, they are not the same. A mentor may coach, but a coach is not necessarily a mentor.
An Inspired Performance seminar focusing on this theme will assist participants to:
- Understand the similarities and differences between mentoring and coaching
- Learn which approach is more suitable for different situations or needs
- Identify key skills and qualities required to become an excellent mentor or coach
- Develop a clearer framework for their own practice in the workplace
- Enhance their skills through practical application/activities
